§1 General provisions
The controller of personal data collected via dr-rami.pl is DR RAMI ALSHEKH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY with its registered office in Szczecin (71-779) at ul. Rudzika 13, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001220667, NIP: 8513344967, REGON: 543845197, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”.
Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
The Controller takes particular care to protect the privacy of patients and users of the website.
§2 Purpose and scope of data collection
Personal data (first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address) are processed for the purpose of:
- Handling enquiries submitted electronically.
- Booking medical consultation and procedure appointments.
- Providing healthcare services within a specialist medical practice.

The website uses cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the site and — after obtaining the user’s consent — analytical cookies (Google Tag Manager).

Each user has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and the right to object.
