§1 General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for using the dr-rami.pl website.
The owner of the website is DR RAMI ALSHEKH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, ul. Rudzika 13, 71-779 Szczecin, Poland.
The website is informational and educational in nature and presents offerings in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine.
§2 Electronic services
Through the website, the Controller provides services consisting of publishing medical content and enabling contact via form/e-mail.
Published content does not constitute professional medical advice and cannot replace an in-person consultation with a physician.
§3 Healthcare services and bookings
Information about procedures and prices is indicative and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
Qualification for a procedure and the final treatment plan are determined only during a medical consultation with the plastic surgeon (Dr Rami Alshekh).
The company reserves the right to refuse a procedure if, in the physician’s assessment, health or ethical contraindications exist.
§4 Liability
The Controller makes every effort to keep information on the website up to date but is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of reading the website without consulting a specialist.
It is prohibited to submit unlawful content.

Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, including the Act on Medical Activity and the Act on Patients’ Rights.
