Lower abdominoplasty, also known as a "Minor Abdominoplasty" or "Mini Abdominoplasty", is similar to a full abdominoplasty procedure.
However, the incision is much smaller in a mini tummy tuck. This treatment is often recommended for patients with several stretch marks, loose skin, or excess fat in the lower abdomen.
The effects of a tummy tuck are long-lasting, but may be affected by pregnancy or significant weight gain.

No bathing in the bathtub for 4 weeks (showering possible after 2 days). Compression garments should be worn for 4-6 weeks day and night. The areas to be suctioned are sensitive to pressure. Pain after liposuction is similar to muscle pain, but subsides after a few days.
