Hybrid breast augmentation

Hybrid breast enlargement is an advanced method combining the advantages of silicone implants with the natural effect of fat autograft. This innovative technique allows you to achieve a larger breast size while maintaining a natural look and feel.

The hybrid method involves implanting a silicone implant and then covering it with a layer of the patient's own fat tissue. Thanks to this, the implant is better hidden and the breasts look and feel more natural. Additionally, fat autografting allows for body shaping by removing excess fat from other parts of the body.

How does the procedure work?

The treatment consists of three main stages. In the first stage, liposuction is performed in selected areas of the body (e.g. abdomen, thighs, hips), from which fat tissue is collected. The fat is then cleaned and prepared for transplantation.

In the second stage, a silicone implant is implanted under the pectoralis major muscle or under the fascia of the pectoral muscle, according to an individual surgical plan. Dr. Rami Alshekh selects the appropriate size and type of implant to achieve the desired effect.

In the third stage, the prepared fat is precisely injected around the implant and on its surface, creating a natural layer of adipose tissue. This not only improves the look and feel of the breasts, but also helps conceal the edges of the implant and reduce the risk of complications.
